deduct and remit all liens, garnishments, and child support orders.
How Does Employee Leasing Work? A business owner needs help to manage increasingly complex employee-related matters: Payroll, Payroll Tax Compliance, Medical Benefits, Worker’s Compensation Claims,
etc. The business owner contracts with a Professional “Employee Leasing” Company to assume all of these responsibilities which allows the client to concentrate on the income-producing side of the business.
By using the business technique known as “Employee Leasing”, the company hires the business owner’s employees and leases them back. This makes the employee leasing company the employer-of-record for tax
and insurance purposes. The business owner writes one check per pay period to cover payroll, taxes, benefits, and administration fees and the employee leasing company does the rest.
Your current employees fill out our simple Application Form, W-4, I-9 (Immigration Form), and any State-required forms (where applicable). The forms are transferred to use and the information is loaded into your
account, in preparation for the next payroll period.
Technically, the employees become employees of the Employee Leasing Company at the onset of your next payroll period. All individuals are paid their regular rates, as defined by you.
Either you, as the Owner/President of the Company, or anyone whom you designate becomes our “Superintendent”. That individual would be the direct route through your chain of command for the employees
reporting.
With an Employee Leasing Company you will have the freedom and confidence to operate your company more effectively, competitively, and profitably.
Doesn't using a PEO mean that a company "supplies new employees for which I then pay a fee"?
A. No, unlike a "temp service" or "head-hunter organization", a PEO company "hires" your current employees. Then leases them back to you. Usually reducing human resource costs and employer liability.

A. THE PEO COMPANY hires your employees, and subsequently leasing them back to you through a PEO arrangement, enables your business or corporation claim that it has "no legal employees"..
